Welcome to Mercat Tours online shop.  Here you can buy tickets for your tour

You can buy tickets up to the day of the tour itself.  The cut-off times for sales are as follows:

• The Vaults Tours and Haunted Underground Experience - sales close at midday on the day of the tour
• Ghosts and Ghouls and Ghost Hunter Trail - sales close at 4.00pm on the day of the tour.

After these times you can continue to buy tickets in advance from

• Our controller (ticket sales person) at the Mercat Cross
• Mercat Tours' office which closes at 6.00pm
• The Tourist Information Centre at Princes Mall, Princes St

You will receive a Confirmation Email after you have placed your order.  You need to print this and are expected to bring it with you for the start of the tour.

If you buy a concession ticket be ready to provide proof of eligibility on arrival.

Please remember all tickets are non-refundable and not transferable. We cannot guarantee you a place on an alternative tour if you fail to turn up on time for the one you have purchased tickets for.

All tours begin at the Mercat Cross, the large eight-sided monument on the High St, next to St Giles Cathedral.

You are expected to turn up at the Mercat Cross fifteen minutes before your tour is due to begin. This way we can ensure the tour begins on time.
