You can buy tickets up to the day of the tour itself. The cut-off times for sales are as follows -

• Early afternoon tours - midnight the day before.
• Late afternoon tours - 12 noon on the same day.
• Evening tours - 4pm on the same day.

After these times you can continue to buy tickets in advance from -

• Our on street sales representative at the Mercat Cross, the large eight-sided monument on the High Street, just downhill from St Giles Cathedral.
• Mercat Tours' office which closes at 6.00pm.
• The Tourist Information Centre at Princes Mall, Princes Street.

When you buy tickets online you will receive a Confirmation Email after you have placed your order. Please bring a note of your unique booking reference number with you to gain your tickets at the Mercat Cross.

Please note all tickets are non-refundable and not transferable.

To ensure your tour begins on time we ask everyone to arrive at the Mercat Cross fifteen minutes before the tour is due to begin.
